I had an unpleasant experience once here with a beverage order concerning the customer service received when placing the order. The owner reached out to me and offered a second chance for me to go in and have a better customer service experience. They offered me a free beverage too. Though Deja Brew is too far of a drive me to go in and get that second chance I was offered, I am impressed that the owner themselves went out of their way to address my issue. I believe the actions of the owner is a reflection of the high standards of customer service this café offers. Also, it's a SUPER cute café.
